Handy Rails Tips was first launched in 2009 by me, Gavin Morrice. The site was used as a repository for the useful tips I had picked up in my journey as a Ruby on Rails developer.
After about 2011, I felt I no longer had time to maintain the site, and I let the domain expire.
In May, 2020, I purchased the domain again and relaunched the site. Thanks to archive.org, I was able to re-publish the original articles, some of which are no doubt out of date, but serve as fun Ruby on Rails nostalgia.
This blog is a place for me to share some of my ideas on Ruby on Rails development—which has been the main focus of my career for over ten years now.
If you would like to work with me on your project, please contact me via my company Katana.
